All communications from our Shift Chaser system can be sent as SMS Text message, Automated Voice Broadcast or Email.

You as the employer can choose your functionality. We would recommend our tiered system, first the system will always attempt to send a text message where your database contains a record. If the text cannot be delivered, perhaps where the number is out of service then our system will send an automated voice broadcast to a landline number and finally if the system will attempt an email. If any staff member is not informed then the system will provide your manager with a report. At this point the manager will know to get updated contact details from the staff member
