What is "Shift Chaser"?

In it's simplest form shift chaser will work alongside and integrate with any Rota management and payroll system you currently use whether they are fully automated or manual.

The system can be configured as below:

		Automated Text messages are sent to staff to inform them of their shift pattern as soon as the Rota is completed
		Text message reminders are sent to staff prior to the start of their shift
		Managers can chase for shift cover to all available staff members via a blanket request…saving valuable time and money normally sat on the phone
		Any Rota changes are automatically sent to all staff affected.
		The system retains all messages to provide a strong audit trail
		Messages can be sent as SMS Text, Automated Voice Broadcast or Email

How would my business use the system ?

The answer is simple. Once the Rota is complete each member of staff is sent a copy of their personal shift pattern via SMS Text, Automated Voice Broadcast, or Email. Then prior to their shift starting perhaps 1 hour before they will be sent an automated reminder to say they are due to start work in one hour. If any staff member does not show up then the manager can chase for cover via our automated messaging system in 30 seconds, leaving them free to continue managing.

If any Rota changes are made then all staff will then be updated with their new shift pattern instantly.

Can the system provide an audit trail?

If any evidence is required in disciplining staff members then a manager can use our audit trail to provide copies of all previous messages sent.
